Archie Andrews has never looked more bewildered — or more blushing — than on the cover of this 2011 adventure, where he's been crowned king and hoisted aloft by a group of enthusiastic warrior women in a lush, jungle-ruin setting, hearts and lipstick kisses floating around his very flustered face. Meanwhile, the familiar Riverdale gang watches wide-eyed from the background, clearly as surprised as Archie himself. With cover art penciled by Fernando Ruiz and inked by Mike DeCarlo, "The Lost Land Part One of Two!" promises a wonderfully absurd jungle romp that kicks off a two-part story with plenty of Archie's signature comedic charm.
