Archie 1941 #3
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThe third chapter of this five-part Archie Comics miniseries plunges Riverdale's favorite redhead into the gravity of 1941, and Peter Krause's cover captures that mood beautifully. A large wartime poster of Archie in military uniform and garrison cap dominates the image — crisp salute, chin up — while a young man at a flag-bunting-draped podium gestures toward it before a bank of vintage microphones. It's a striking, patriotic tableau that sets an unmistakably serious, era-defining tone for this collaboration between writers Mark Waid and Brian Augustyn.
