Aquaman: The Waterbearer #[nn]

Aquaman: The Waterbearer collects Rick Veitch's run on the character, brought to life by penciler Yvel Guichet and inker Mark Propst — and the cover art alone signals that this is Aquaman operating far outside his comfort zone.
