Issue three of DC's Anima arrives in 1994 with a cover by Malcolm Davis that throws you right into the chaos — a massive, snarling red beast dominates the composition, all bared fangs and raking claws, while a figure is hurled violently through the air and a second, glowing combatant surges in from the left. The sheer kinetic energy on display makes "Running with the Wolf" feel like a collision course you won't be able to look away from. With Hand, Witcover, Crespo, and Ivy driving the series, this mid-nineties DC title clearly has no intention of slowing down.
