Amazing Spider-Man: Blood Hunt #[nn]

Part of Marvel's 2024 Blood Hunt crossover event, this issue throws Spider-Man directly into the path of a hulking, grey-skinned vampire lord whose crimson eyes and bared fangs loom menacingly over the New York skyline. On the cover — penciled by Marcelo Ferreira and inked by Roberto Poggi — Spidey crouches in a tangle of barbed wire, web-shooters firing, seemingly caught between the city behind him and the massive caped threat bearing down from above. It's a tense, beautifully rendered standoff that makes a strong case for why this wall-crawler's corner of the Blood Hunt is one to watch.
