All-New, All-Different Avengers #10

Against a swirling cosmic nebula of gold and violet, Alex Ross's cover places Iron Man center-stage with repulsor beams blazing outward in a starburst, flanked by a caped, long-haired figure on the right and a red-and-gold winged figure on the left, while Ms. Marvel soars upward into the starfield above them all. The tagline "To the Stars!" sets an appropriately grand tone for this 2016 chapter of Mark Waid and Mahmud Asrar's run, which reimagined Earth's Mightiest Heroes for a new generation. Ross's painted, luminous composition gives the whole thing a sense of genuine awe — this team looks ready for whatever the cosmos throws at them.
