Earth has been overrun by Aliens. Only a few humans remain, among them a father and his young daughter, broadcasting pirate TV to whoever is watching. To make things worse, the planet itself is starting to change to better suit its new masters. On Gateway station, Newt joins Ripley's crew at they set off on a new mission. Ripley wants to go to the Alien homeworld, trap the Queen Mother, bring her to Earth, and destroy all Aliens in one nuclear attack.
