In Aliens: Earth War #2 (1990), a desperate father and his young daughter broadcast desperate signals from a ruined Earth, their pirate TV a fragile thread to the last flicker of humanity. As the planet itself warps to serve its alien conquerors, Newt joins Ripley’s crew aboard Gateway station, where they prepare for a high-stakes mission: to reach the Alien homeworld, capture the Queen Mother, and unleash a nuclear strike to end the invasion. Written by Mark Verheiden and illustrated with haunting detail by Sam Kieth, with colors by Monika Livingston and letters by Pat Brosseau, the cover by John Bolton captures the grim urgency of a world on the edge.
