This April 1998 double-feature issue promises twice the action, with the cover — penciled by Tom Grummett and inked by Denis Rodier — split between two vivid threats. On the left, a crackling red-suited Superman faces down the armored, hammer-wielding Millennium Guard, a menacing trio of yellow-and-green, red-masked, and shadowy figures bearing down with overwhelming force.
