After accidently getting hit in the head by a test rocket that crashes into the ocean, Aquaman gets amnesia. He then gets exploited by the Barnacle Gang who use him to help them recover stolen goods. Ultimatly Topo leads the charge to help his master. Aquaman regains his memory and defeats the gang. He then makes Topo his "Five Starfish Admiral".
