Aquaman teaches his old friend the Sea Sleuth to swim, but is subsequently netted by the notorious Black Jack. Aquaman is locked in an iron chest and sunk to the bottom of the ocean. He telepathically dispatches a fish to communicate with the Sea Sleuth, who comes to his rescue. The pair give chase and find Black Jack's ship at a water carnival.
