With no time to waste, Aquaman sends a fish to summon help, and the Sea Sleuth answers the call—racing to the scene as Black Jack’s ship is revealed at a mysterious water carnival.

In "The Candid Camera Crimes!" from Adventure Comics #141 (1949), the fugitive Mask’s identity remains a mystery—despite being photographed by dozens, not a single image captures his true face. Only Johnny Quick, recalling a fleeting moment of collision in a crowded club, holds the memory of who he really is.
