“The Black Ring Part Three”

In "The Black Ring Part Three," Deathstroke, Luthor, and their team race to the Ross Ice Shelf in search of a mysterious energy sphere buried for billions of years. As the sphere's influence takes hold, paranoia spreads and chaos erupts—until a sudden shift in its energy halts the madness. Meanwhile, Gorilla Grodd monitors a similar anomaly elsewhere. Written by Paul Cornell and illustrated by Pete Woods and Pere Pérez, with colors by Brad Anderson and letters by Rob Leigh, the cover by David Finch and Joe Weems captures the tension of a world on the edge.

Deathstroke leads Luthor and his team to the Ross Ice Shelf to find a dark ring energy sphere. Locating it, they discover it's been there for billions of years. Suddenly, Deathstroke goes crazy and attacks, and slowly everyone else starts going mad, and fighting each other. But as Spalding completes his analysis, the sphere suddenly changes energy, and the madness stops. Meanwhile, Gorilla Grodd checks on another sphere.
