Judge Dredd fills this 1987 prog with unmistakable authority — armored, snarling, and clutching a baseball bat while his Lawgiver hangs at his hip, every detail of that eagle-shouldered uniform rendered with conviction by cover artist Cliff Robinson. The tagline "Break the Law and He'll Break You!" leaves absolutely no room for negotiation, and Dredd's own speech bubble — "Believe It!" — drives the point home with a grin-worthy directness.
