Ever since he started on his checkered but interesting career in 1883, Lire has been the same size and the same price. Our contest, now running, is making our readers work overtime. The judges are being kept as quiet as possible and fed on nourishing food until the critical arrives when they will have to make their decision, The last contest was begun on February 7, 1918. We hope to issue an American Legion Number before long. We are issuing special numbers so fast these days that they almost tumble over one another, and we cannot tell when they will come out.
