Directors present were: Mrs. Henry Makepeace Plassid, Missy Peggy Plassid, Miss June Plassid, Master Peter Plassid. Mr. 3. Directors absent were: Henry Makepeace Plassid. +. On motion duly made, see- onded and unanimously adopted. it wa voted that. the instruct. Mr. Henry Make} Plassid immediately to pure a larger limousine and) a new sport roadster for the family. Zz 5. On motion duly seconded and unanimously adopted, it was voted that Mr. Henry Plassid be instructed to reserve accommoda tions for the family on the S. 8. Amphibious sailing late in June, and to arrang reservations, itin necessary hotel raries, ete, G6. On motion duly made and seconded, it was voted that the following named directors: Mrs. Henry Plassid, Miss Peggy Plas sid, “Miss June Plassid and Master Peter Plassid be author ized at once to purchase complete new spring wardrobes and charge same to the account of Mr. Henry Plassid. 7. On motion duly made and seconded, it was voted that per mission to sme his pipe in and about the house be withdrawn from Mr. PHlenry Plassid and that the maids and butlers be in- structed to enforce the findings of the Board. 8. On motion duly made and seconded, it was voted that the house be completely refurnished and repainted at once, and that the allowances of the attending directors be increased fifty dol- lars a month. On motion duly made and seconded, it was voted that the seeretary be instructed to trans- mit a copy of these utes to Mr. Henry Makepeace Plassid. 10.
