A lawyer was trying a case one time when suddenly a portion of the floor fell in and three jurors disappeared. Here was a trying situation; but quick as a flash, Finklestein turned to the judge and exclaimed: ‘Fiat lux ad organum est pro caelo non disputare; sed in summo | } Augustam prohibere habemus!” The judge was so pleased at this ready retort that he heaped flowers and fruit on the victorious attorney, who was borne from the courtroom on the shoulders of his friends. | i comicbooks.com
