Tim Hildebrandt was born on January 23, 1939, and died on June 11, 2006. Along with his twin brother Greg, he formed one half of the Brothers Hildebrandt, a collaborative team renowned for their fantasy and science fiction artwork. The pair produced illustrations across a wide range of media, including movie posters, children's books, calendars, trading cards, and comic books.
