Zook

Zook is a small alien creature who became the loyal companion and partner of Martian Manhunter (J'Onn J'Onzz). Stranded on Earth from another dimension, the imp-like being aided J'Onn in his adventures, using his unique extraterrestrial abilities to sense temperature changes and track enemies.

Few Silver Age oddities have the enduring charm of Zook, who first bounded onto the page in House of Mystery #149 in 1965, courtesy of Dave Wood and Joe Certa.
