Tar Pit

Tar Pit is a Flash villain whose body is composed of living tar, granting him a monstrous, superheated form. He emerged as a threat to Wally West and joined the crowded ranks of the Flash's rogues gallery during Geoff Johns' acclaimed run on the series.
