Runabout

Runabout is a Decepticon warrior who debuted during the original Marvel Transformers run, fighting alongside villains like Soundwave and Starscream against the Autobots. He is one half of the Battlecharger duo, a pair of Decepticon cars known for their reckless, destructive tendencies.
