Miracle Man
Miracle Man is a stage magician and master hypnotist whose ability to project compelling illusions led him to challenge the Fantastic Four, convincing audiences — and himself — that his tricks represented true superpowers. His grandiose ambitions made him an early Silver Age Marvel villain.
Conjured into existence by the legendary trio of Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, and Sol Brodsky in Fantastic Four Annual #1 back in 1963, Miracle Man is a Silver Age Marvel creation who made his mark right at the heart of one of comics' most celebrated titles. As a Fantastic Four affiliate, he shares his adventures alongside icons like Reed Richards, Ben Grimm, and the Human Torch — as storied a roster as Marvel has to offer. His appearances stretch across an impressive 62 years of publication history, touching titles from Essential Defenders to Chiller Pocket Book, and at least one of those issues carries genuine key-issue weight for collectors. Nineteen catalog appearances may sound modest, but for a character born in the electric early days of the Marvel Age, that kind of staying power speaks for itself.
