Malice
Malice is a disembodied being of pure psionic energy who operates by possessing the minds of sentient hosts, marking each victim with a distinctive black choker bearing a silver medallion. A member of the murderous Marauders, she first surfaced during the Mutant Massacre as one of Mr. Sinister's deadly operatives.
Born from the darkest corners of Chris Claremont's imagination, Malice made their sinister entrance in The Uncanny X-Men #210 in 1986 — right at the heart of the Copper Age, when Marvel's mutant titles were pushing into genuinely dangerous, morally complex territory. With ties to the Marauders, the Morlocks, the Hellfire Club, and even the X-Men themselves, Malice occupies a fascinatingly tangled corner of the Marvel Universe, sharing pages with heavy-hitters like Storm, Rogue, and Logan. Four of their appearances carry key-issue weight with collectors, a testament to the real impact this character made despite a relatively focused presence across the catalog. Nearly four decades after that debut, Malice continues to surface in Marvel continuity — proof that Claremont and Romita Jr. built something that the X-Universe simply hasn't been able to let go of.
Real name. Alice MacAllister
