A robotic duplicate of Doctor Doom, this Doombot is one of countless mechanical facsimiles built to impersonate or serve the Latverian monarch — but this particular unit has turned up operating independently across Marvel's more unconventional team books.

A mechanical marvel of the Modern Age, Doombot has been turning up in some of Marvel's most eclectic corners since their 2007 debut in Heroes for Hire, courtesy of creator Chris Giarrusso. Over nearly two decades, this robotic presence has carved out a surprisingly wide-ranging footprint, surfacing across Avengers A.I., Runaways, and Heroes for Hire and sharing pages with a wonderfully varied cast — from Victor Mancha and the Vision to Wolverine and Molly Hayes.
