Divebomb is a Decepticon Predacon who transforms into a bird of prey and combines with his fellow Predacons — led by Razorclaw — to form the giant combiner Predaking, making him one of the most formidable aerial hunters in Decepticon ranks.

Few characters can claim a debut in a genuine reference work, but Divebomb landed in The Transformers Universe #1 in 1986 — Marvel's own in-universe encyclopedia — which gave this Copper Age Transformer an unusually distinctive entry point into comics lore.
