Brainwave
Henry King Jr. inherited powerful mental abilities from his father, the original villainous Brainwave, but chose a heroic path. He became a founding member of Infinity, Inc., a team of next-generation heroes with close ties to the Justice Society of America.
Debuting in the pages of Justice League of America #195 in 1981, Brainwave arrived at the height of the Bronze Age, introduced by the celebrated creative team of Gerry Conway and George PΓ©rez. This DC character has carved out a place across roughly three decades of comics, most notably through appearances in Justice League of America and Infinity, Inc., sharing panels with some of the publisher's most iconic figures β The Flash, Hawkman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, and Superman. With a collector-significant key issue already to their name, Brainwave is a rewarding discovery for fans who love digging into the rich ensemble tapestry of DC's Bronze Age legacy.
