Peter Cottontail

A gentle, short-lived comic series from 1954, Peter Cottontail was published by Stanley Morse and ran for just two issues. Writer-artist Ben Brown, working alongside Bruce Hamilton, brought the classic Easter bunny to life in a wholesome, storybook style. While brief, it stands as an early, modest example of a seasonal character getting his own dedicated comic book.
