E.C. Classic Reprint

From 1973 to 1975, East Coast Comix revived the spirit of the legendary EC Comics line with E.C. Classic Reprint, a 12-issue series that brought back some of the most celebrated horror, science fiction, and suspense stories of the 1950s. Featuring the work of iconic EC talents like Al Feldstein, Bill Gaines, and Ron Barlow as writers, and illustrated by masters Jack Davis, Jack Kamen, and Wally Wood, the series offered a faithful reprinting of classic tales originally published under the EC banner. A vital bridge between the original EC era and later reprint projects, this series allowed a new generation of readers to experience the sharp, often macabre storytelling that defined pre-Code comics.
