From 1987 onward, Fictioneer Books published the short-lived but memorable series Dragon, a four-issue comic brought to life by writer Henry Vogel and artist Willie Peppers. This fantasy adventure stands out for its distinctive, fully painted artwork, a rarity for the era, and its self-contained storytelling that offered a complete saga within a limited run.
