In the spirited dog race sponsored by Palsie Dog Biscuits, Jo and her friend Ezra team up to build a cart and train Ezra’s dog, Rollo, in hopes of winning the grand prize: a putmobile. As the race begins, Jo and Ezra face off against the cunning Fuzzy, who seems to have an unfair advantage—until Jo’s quick thinking and Rollo’s cleverness lead them down an unexpected shortcut through a culvert and a raft across a river.
