Dark Mysteries #7 is an anthology containing two main stories. "Terror of the Cards of Death" follows a distinguished figure named Arthur Cartwright who is murdered, with the case leading to an immigrant named Hans Balore who arrives in America and becomes entangled in political intrigue involving a District Attorney named Warren.
