The narrative includes conflicts with a character named Saber, a trapeze artist whom Rulah believed dead, as well as confrontations with a poisonous animal and military personnel who pursue Rulah through the jungle. The story concludes with Rulah and her animal allies triumphing over their adversaries, with the final panels showing the authorities learning of Rulah's existence and heroic actions.
When a deranged circus performer called the Mad Sandrow arrives in Rulah's jungle with the ability to bend wild beasts to his will, he demands she join his scheme—or face the consequences of his dangerous control over the animal kingdom. Rulah refuses his threats and sets out to stop him, but Sandrow's mastery over the jungle's creatures makes him a formidable opponent unlike anything she's encountered before. Her panther companion Saber becomes her only ally as she fights to drive this madman and his twisted circus out of her domain.
Von Gaflin, a former Nazi officer, plots a deadly weapon using magnesium fire-bombs in Rulah's jungle—and frames the village elder Kanto to cover his tracks. When mysterious "fire rain" begins falling on the village, Rulah must uncover the truth behind the destruction before her own people lose faith in her. With her panther Saber at her side, the jungle goddess races to stop Von Gaflin's sinister experiments before they spread beyond her home.
When a shipment of meat poisons an entire European nation, Rulah's jungle knowledge points to a deadly culprit—the poison sourswine—and she teams up with a lieutenant to track down the ruthless criminals behind the catastrophe. Following the creature's trail to a hidden coastal operation run by the sinister Mr. Walch, Rulah must navigate treacherous jungle terrain, vicious animals, and a confrontation at sea to stop the poisoners' scheme. With her panther Saber at her side and her wits sharper than any blade, she's determined that no murderers will escape her jungle justice.
