As a passenger aboard a prairie stage coach, Janet and her companions encounter an armed band of outlaws led by a man called the Coyote, and Janet pursues her vendetta through gunfights and confrontations across the frontier. The story culminates with Janet seemingly meeting her end, though her escape through the prairie leaves her free to continue her quest for justice and vengeance.
