The X-Men take down a group of soldiers sent to capture them and find out a little of Stryker's plan. Stryker and Deathstrike try to program Kitty's mind but find her defenses are too strong. While gathering information, Deathstrike's body is taken over by a mysterious presence and begins to kill Stryker's men.
