“Jeux d'esprit !”

In "Jeux d'esprit!", the X-Men break free from their prison chairs and confront Magneto in a high-stakes showdown beneath the Antarctic ice. As the base collapses and lava floods the tunnels, Phoenix pulls Beast to safety while the rest of the team vanishes into the molten depths—leaving their fate uncertain. Written by Chris Claremont and John Byrne, with art by Byrne and Kieron Dwyer, and a striking cover by Arthur Adams, this 1992 issue delivers a tense, action-packed chapter in the X-Men saga.
