Exodus attacks the Jean Grey School for Higher Learning, believing that the recent schism in the X-Men needs to be repaired to unify the mutant community. The teachers attempt to fight him off, but he only stops his attack when Rogue allows him to read her mind. After seeing the events leading up to the split through Rogue's eyes, Exodus decides Cyclops is to blame for the rift and heads to Utopia to kill Cyclops.
