“Second Coming Chapter Eight”

In "Second Coming Chapter Eight," the X-Men find themselves trapped inside a massive red globe encasing Utopia, as Bastion's forces seal off the island from the outside world. With the X-Club and the Avengers struggling to breach the barrier, a mysterious portal opens within the dome—spewing out relentless Nimrod Sentinels from an unknown future. Written by Mike Carey and illustrated by Greg Land, with inks by Jay Leisten and colors by Justin Ponsor, the issue builds tension with a claustrophobic siege and a chilling glimpse of what's to come. The cover, by Adi Granov, captures the moment of dread with striking precision.
