Thinking that Jackdaw had been killed, Captain Britain is thrilled when his elf sidekick returns to help him try to negotiate a gang war between rival blocks. They give the warring factions some of Saturnyne's enlightenment liquid and all hostilities immediately cease. In fact, all over England, the Push is successful as the citizens drink the Luna enhanced water supply. Just as things are looking up, however, the world begins warping into complete madness.
