The New X-Men take on the Marauders while X-Force tackles Predator X. Cable prepares to take the mutant baby into the future but his father stands in the way. Rogue wakes up and attacks Mystique once she finds out how she was cured. With all enemies defeated, Cable prepares to time jump but in a last ditch effort to kill the mutant child, Bishop fires. Cable blinks out and Xavier is shot in the head. Cyclops declares the end of the X-Men. Cable makes it to the future with his small charge.
