“The Secret of the Kidnapped Dummy!”

In "The Secret of the Kidnapped Dummy!", Wonder Woman faces a dangerous twist when a robot duplicate of Diana Prince—built by Paula to accept an award—becomes a target for a vengeful gangster. With the dummy destroyed in a violent attack, the Amazon Maiden must secretly spirit the broken figure to Paradise Island, hoping to restore it and protect her true identity. Written by Charles Moulton and illustrated by Harry Peter, this 1948 classic blends wartime intrigue with early superhero mythos, all rendered in the distinctive style of Harry Peter, whose dynamic pencils and inks bring the cover and story to life.
