# Wonder Comics #10 (1947) This issue features two main stories. "Wonderman" involves the hero using a bulldozer to ram forward and battle enemies, then piloting a cosmoplane in a dive at five thousand feet to stop a villain's plot. A second story follows a man in a red suit who encounters a bear during a picnic outing with children; seeking employment, he attempts to use the animal to scare people, but the scheme backfires when the bear disrupts a family's meal. The issue also includes a domestic comedy segment involving newspaper office workers and a character named Susie arranging to meet Bart for an interview, with plans complicated by scheduling conflicts and the involvement of his sister.
