In a Wonderman tale, the hero invades a glittering stronghold to stop an enemy operation, battling dog-faced creatures and receiving assistance from a character named Carol and Voodoo. The story involves a solar energizer and concludes with Wonderman pursuing enemies via cosmoplane, discovering a vacuum spiral weapon as a potential threat to be countered in a future encounter. A second story features a blue-costumed hero and a woman named Mira investigating a mysterious unarmed ship that has landed in the jungle, encountering what appear to be alien craft with unusual rolling objects emerging from them.
In "Uranium Claim Jumpers," teen sleuths Jill and Daisy visit her Uncle Ned in Colorado, only to find his mining claim suddenly under threat when he discovers a rich vein of uranium. Before they can uncover the truth, gangster Marty Marron takes them hostage, forcing the girls into a dangerous situation where they must work on a sinister project—though just what they're being made to build remains a mystery.
