Wild Bill Hickok and his sidekick Jingles pursue the outlaw Red Regan to a remote shack, only to find themselves trapped inside by Regan and his gang of gunslicks. As the outlaws lay siege to the shack with rifle fire and dynamite, the marshal must use cunning and quick thinking to turn the tables and face off against Regan himself.

When Comanche City throws a grand celebration complete with parades, costumes, and fireworks, Wild Bill Hickok and his deputy Jingles expect to keep the peace—but the festivities provide perfect cover for outlaw Brains Bantry and his gang to make their move on the local bank. When Jingles strikes a genuine gold pocket in Nugget Gulch, his newfound wealth makes him an irresistible target for claim-jumpers and thieves—but Wild Bill has a clever scheme to flush out the real culprit behind an earlier robbery. Using fool's gold as bait, Wild Bill sets a trap while Jingles plays the role of a lucky miner, drawing out the criminals who've been eyeing his claim. As the night fills with shootouts and ambushes, Jingles discovers that catching thieves is a lot harder than digging for gold.
