Following the death of his brother Carter (the original Ghost Rider), Lincoln Slade learns more about the origin of the western hero from Jamie, a boy who idolized him. Jamie tries to replace the Ghost Rider when Lincoln refuses, but he's killed trying to stop a stagecoach robbery. Lincoln finally resolves to take up his brother's legacy.
