Western Fighters #12

The issue features a Buckskin Benson story in which the frontier scout pursues a man named Muskrat through the Old West after learning of a conflict involving a white buffalo. A polecart named Morgan steals Benson's rifle and hoss, and Muskrat reveals he has been tracking the polecart; later, after Benson stole the polecart Morgan, they plan to sneak back through the bushes to grab Indian ponies. Benson must stop an injun war party before they burn Jennings' Post while dealing with the ornery critter he's pursuing. The comic also includes additional military and frontier action sequences involving cavalry soldiers attempting to intercept and capture fleeing riders across the desert landscape.
