"The Creature of Doom" follows a supernatural entity that preys on criminals and murders, manifesting as a skeletal wraith that feeds on radioactive energy and human fear. A man of murder uses the creature to eliminate his enemies, but after it kills the woman Gena, he realizes he has lost control of the beast. When the creature escapes into the city, a retired detective named Emmett Dru is called in to stop it, leading to a climactic chase where the creature hunts fleeing citizens through the streets before vanishing into the night.
