The Boora Witch continues to use Dejah's body to cause treachery in Helium. She conspires with Than Kosis but betrays him and has him killed, painting Dejah's father and grandfather as traitors while doing so. Dejah has them both arrested and takes the throne. Kantos Kan, realizing something is terribly wrong, returns to the Toonolian swamps to try and discover what created such a dramatic change in his princess.
