War Heroes #12

The issue contains two war stories. "Going North" follows soldiers retreating after being pushed back by the Reds from the Yalu, with one soldier named Nick forced to abandon a burning tank under enemy fire. In a second story, Colonel Rode and his sergeant encounter Chinese communists while hunting supplies in a ravine during the Korean War; after eliminating the communist threat with a tank strike, the sergeant reflects on his past medals and commendations, vowing to get back to see his girl.
