On Earth-3, Flag's Suicide Squad and the Titans take on the Crime Syndicate who are working for Amanda Waller. When things start to turn against Waller, she recruits Match, Nocturna, and Bloodsport over to her side. Waller seems to be in control again, until Flag is able to convince Ultraman that Waller is using him as a pawn. This results in the enraged Ultraman going on a rampage, forcing Waller and Flag to join forces to stop him.
