The nephews order a magic kit which holds ink bottles and pens. Donald and the kids start a creativity contest drawing comic book stories. Then they discover the ink is magic and brings their creations to life. Unfortunately that includes a malicious two headed dragon named Melvin created by Donald who goes on a rampage.
