Issue six of Vampirella Strikes from Dynamite delivers a hauntingly atmospheric cover that places the crimson-clad vampire queen front and center, her fanged confidence radiating even as a massive, crumbling skull entity looms from the dark purple void above her. The contrast between Vampirella's composed, almost defiant pose and the monstrous spectral presence overhead gives the image a real sense of menace held just barely in check. At $3.99, this 2022 Teen+ rated entry is a fine addition to any Vampirella collection.
